*Project Coordinator for Retail Interior Space*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Project Coordinator to assist our Project Manager in the retail interior sector.

Probation Period: 3 months
– The selection process includes two interviews: the first will be conducted via Google Meet, and the second will be a team interview in-person in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
– Oversee retail interior projects, typically around 100 sqm (+/-), occasionally exhibition stand projects.
– Conduct site measurements in Dubai.
– Ensure production quality is maintained at our factory in Dubai.
– Be adaptable and capable of finding creative solutions to challenges that arise during projects.

Requirements:
– Ability to understand space and design through floor plans, elevations, and sections.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with store manager, designers and contractors.
– Previous experience as a carpenter or interior site manager is highly desirable.
– A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are advantageous.
– Must be eligible for travel to nearby GCC countries, as the role may require occasional business trips.
– PowerPoint and spreadsheets for project management is preferred, though training will be provided if necessary.
