– Prepares a list of properties that will suit the needs and financial resources of buyers and sellers.

– Perform as an intermediary in negotiations within buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.

– Implements preventative maintenance policies and steps to keep the properties and facilities in great working order. Schedules and monitors maintenance staff or outside contractor

– Set up and check interpersonal relationships, mainly developing cooperative and constructive working relationships with buyers and sellers

– Knowing clients’ needs and financial abilities to show solutions that suit their property needs

– Suggest clients on good practices while looking for market conditions, general prospects and other major factors

– Choose and show homes and properties that meet clients’ needs, introducing the best options to meet those needs, refining needs along the way
