**Position:** Live-in Farm Caretaker Family

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking husband-and-wife team to manage and maintain a beautiful farm in Hatta. The farm features rental rooms for guests, a small garden of herbs and flowers, and various maintenance and housekeeping needs. This is a live-in position, offering the opportunity to live in a serene environment while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the farm (housekeeping, maintenance, and cooking).

**Responsibilities:**

– **Maintenance:**
– Regular upkeep of farm facilities, including minor repairs and general maintenance.
– Ensure the farm’s infrastructure is well-maintained and functional.
– Oversee and maintain equipment, tools, and other farm assets.

– **Housekeeping:**
– Clean and prepare guest rooms for new arrivals.
– Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all common areas, including kitchens, lounges, and bathrooms.
– Launder linens, towels, and other guest-related items.

– **Cooking:**
– Prepare and serve meals for guests as needed, using fresh ingredients from the farm and local markets.
– Manage the kitchen, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

– **Garden Maintenance:**
– Tend to a small garden of herbs and flowers, ensuring they are well-watered, pruned, and cared for.
– Harvest herbs and flowers for use in the kitchen or to enhance the farm’s aesthetic.

**Qualifications:**
– Experience in farm maintenance, housekeeping, and cooking.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing the farm’s day-to-day operations.
– A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
– Hospitality experience is a plus.

**Compensation:**
– Competitive salary package, depending on experience.

– There will be a probation period after which visas can be sponsored.
