Nail Care Services: Provide a range of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nail applications, acrylic nail enhancements, nail extensions, nail art, and nail repairs.

Nail Health Assessments: Assess the health of clients’ nails and suggest appropriate treatments or products to improve nail health.

Sanitisation and Sterilisation: Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and following proper sanitation protocols to prevent infections.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest nail care products, tools, techniques, and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Customer Service: Ensure a positive client experience by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and providing personalized recommendation

Nail Artistry: Create intricate and creative nail designs, patterns, and artwork as per client preferences and trends.

Sales and Retail: Recommend and sell nail care products, treatments, or accessories to clients for at-home maintenance and care.

Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, maintaining punctuality and managing time effectively to accommodate clients’ needs.
