Job Description
1. Welcome guests to the venue
2. Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
3. Manage reservations
4. Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
5. Provide menus
6. Greet customers upon their departure
7. Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
8. Maintain a clean reception area
9. Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
10.Assist wait staff as needed
