Telesales executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads list.
– Introduce and promote our products/services to prospects, highlighting their benefits and features.
– Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs effectively.
– Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with potential customers.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Self-motivated and target-oriented.
– High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
